We are thrilled to announce that we are offering the Teacher Cadet program for the 2025/26 school year. If you are not familiar with the program, you can learn more about it here. It is a phenomenal opportunity for any student interested in a career in education, as it provides a pathway to learn more about the field and receive scholarship opportunities. Students who are not interested in education, but want to build upon their leadership, teamwork, and writing skills, are welcome to enroll as well. 

Details:

• Students in 8th-12th grade are welcome to enroll

• The class will meet each Wednesday from 10:30-12:30

• This will be taught by a CERRA-accredited, AU professor, Ashley Nolette

• Students will receive high school credit

• The course will be offered for $450

• Enrolled students will have an opportunity to compete for SC Teaching Fellows

Currently, the Teacher Cadet program is only offered locally through public high schools. This program will be open to any home school or private school students.
