Who is CHA?

We are a comprehensive hybrid school for junior kindergarten through twelfth-grade students in Anderson, SC. We offer multiple options to assist homeschool families: our two-day full-day hybrid program, a la carte courses for upper school, Wednesday enrichment, bootcamps, and more. Our program is designed to connect faith, family, and learning while maintaining a balanced home and academic schedule. Learn more about our academics here.

Our Mission

We partner with the family unit to provide a firm academic foundation, encourage rooted relationships with God and others, and to develop servant leaders who walk out their purpose in love and courage.

Options + Tuition

  • Two full-day, core academic days: Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30-3:30

    Elementary School: Chapel, ELA, Math, Science, History, Bible

    Upper School: Chapel, ELA, Math, Science, History, Foreign Language, Electives

    Tuition: $3000 per year + $200 enrollment fee and TBD supplies & curriculum fee.

  • Enrichment is offered to our hybrid or homeschool students in kindergarten through 7th grade.

    • Four Rotations: 8:30-12:30

      • Spanish, STEAM/Robotics, Phys. Ed., Art + Music

      • 6th and 7th grade students will attend Spanish and STEAM/Robotics, followed by study hall or Bootcamp

      • Tuition: $800 + $150 enrollment fee.

  • A la carte classes are offered for 6th-12th grade. All middle and high school classes may be taken as a single course. We also offer lunch and study hall options to best fit your student’s schedule.

    Tuition: $450 per class, $50 enrollment fee, $10 support fee, plus curriculum.

    The enrollment fee is capped at $250.

  • Math Bootcamp for 5th-8th grade students who would benefit from a focused time in this area. This is like a group tutoring opportunity, open to CHA students or homeschool students in the community.

    Wednesday, 10:30-12:30

    Tuition: $30 per week + $50 enrollment fee

    Teacher Cadet Program for 8th-12th grade students. Taught by a CERRA-accredited AU professor, Ashley Nolette. Students will receive high school credit and have an opportunity to compete for SC Teaching Fellows.

    Wednesday, 10:30-12:20

    Tuition: $450 + $50 enrollment fee

Our Story

For years there have been families in the Anderson community who have employed varying modes of education to best fit the needs of their children and family units. In the summer of 2023, the Lord brought together several of these like-minded families who saw a need in the community and in their own homes that could be filled by a K-12 hybrid school. By combining comprehensive, Christian education at school and flexible learning at home - these families agreed upon a solution to a need that provided hybrid instruction for all grades.

After much prayer and discussion, Carolina Hybrid Academy was born. This school was created by families for families who desire biblically-based education with structure and flexibility.

We can’t wait to see what happens next.
